My name is Dylan Brunt. I am a golf instructor at Dad Miller Golf Course in Anaheim, CA. I have been successfully teaching players the golf swing since 2018. I started at Los Amigos Golf Course in Downey and was quickly recruited to work for Golfcode360. I spent 14 months at Golfcode360 Brea teaching next to the company owner Jay Lim. I was then given my own location in Irvine. At Golfcode360 Irvine I spent almost two years honing in on my style of teaching and gathered over 50, 5-Star reviews through the companies yelp page. I have since left Golfcode360 to teach on my own. 

I have also partnered with David Heinen working with nationally ranked juniors and professionals. I am continually working with David who has spent many years inside the top 25 as a nationally ranked junior coach. David and I run the Kaizen Prep Tour where we provide tournaments and on the course instruction to junior golfers of all levels.

My teaching philosophy is to be patient, relaxed, and use the body as efficiently as possible. I want to help my clients understand the changes they should make and to ease the mind to enjoy the game. I have developed a thorough understanding of all aspects of the swing from ball dynamics to biomechanic movements. Using this information, I cater each lesson to the client and the task at hand. I provide feedback to each swing when necessary, drills to do by oneself, and often video and voiceover feedback for a client to take home to study.

Michael is a seasoned golf instructor with years of experience both as a teacher and player, who possesses an exceptional ability to analyze golf swings with keen attention to detail. He firmly believes in continuous monitoring and refinement of one’s swing to achieve and maintain excellence. According to Michael, no two swings are identical and there is always potential for improvement in everyone. He highlights that even tour professionals take lessons from instructors because they see and understand the benefits of instruction.
